FANTASY ROUNDUP HOCKEY DASHBOARD

Before I begin, I want to ask my readers a question: Do you want to play hard? Or do you want to play smart?

If your answer was both, you'd be correct. That's usually the best way to win, and it's exactly why we built the new Fantasy Roundup Hockey Dashboard.

Start with the Lineup tab. It helps you set your best lineup every night. If one of your guys goes down, it'll move him to IR and show you the best pickup for the open spot. From there, the Waivers tab ranks every available player for the week with the Light Nights, line assignments and powerplay deployment already built in. My picks are tagged too, so you can see who I like at a glance.

Next, head over to the Matchup tab for your odds against this week's opponent. There we offer the Optimize Matchup tool. This shows you the best streamers to help your team that week, and maximize your chances.

The Standings tab is where you'll see your projected stats and your odds of making the playoffs.

Click on any player's name in the NHL Dashboard and it will pull up their player card. This card is our custom design to make sure your players are always looking sharp. The cards include ratings, advanced stats ranked against that player's own position, and the lines and powerplay units they're skating on right now.

And now, for the best part. If you're sick of setting an alarm to beat your fellow Fantasy Hockey Managers to a player, the Automated Waiver Tool lets you schedule your claims ahead of time and makes them for you. The Queue All button in this article can line up four of my recommended picks for the overnight waiver run in one click. Follow a pick and we'll let you know when that player is available in your league. Every Tuesday we'll email you the picks that are still sitting on your waiver wire.

All you have to do is sign in to your Fantasy Roundup account, or sign up if you haven't already, and sync your Yahoo or ESPN league. There's a button here to log in and see which players are available. There will also be a button before every player's write-up to select him in the Fantasy Roundup Automated Waiver Tool and get to him before everyone else.

Click here to open the Hockey Dashboard. If you're signed in, it'll take you straight to your overview. If you're not, it'll walk you through how everything works.

INTRODUCTION

Good morning, Fantasy Hockey World! Welcome to Week 7. Let's start with a few news items.

Does anyone else love an awkward reunion?

Connor Hellebuyck is 4-0-0 as a Devil since being traded to New Jersey. On Wednesday he posted a letter to Jets fans on Instagram explaining his trade request in advance of his game in Winnipeg next Tuesday. Sounds like someone afraid of boo birds? That game's on a unique Tuesday Light Night, and I'll have my popcorn ready.

Devin Cooley is surprisingly off IR already. Calgary activated him on Thursday after he missed four games with a lower-body injury from the Colton Dach collision last week. If you took my advice and stashed him in an IR spot, you can activate him now. He's my backup Goalie pick this week, so I'll go more in depth on Cooley in the Goalie section.

Over in Utah, the other Cooley has two hat tricks in his last four games and ten goals on 18 shots over his last seven. Amazing stuff from the Mammoth's newly crowned 1C.

My Stacks' Picks cover player this week is Victor Olofsson of the Vegas Golden Knights. With a roaring return notching an apple in his first game back, I expect him to continue the torrid pace he began the season on. I'll have more on Olofsson in the Deeper Darlings section.

The title this week references Olofsson's Golden Knights, because I'm doubling down on a lot of familiar names in Week 7. Jake DeBrusk is my Forward pick for the fourth time in two seasons, and Jamie Drysdale is my Defenceman pick for the third time. Alex Nedeljkovic finally gets promoted after two weeks as my backup Goalie, and Cooley and Zayne Parekh both make it back in as backups. These guys have the schedule and the numbers on their side, so hopefully I don't bust out.

The schedule this week is a strange one. There are five Light Nights in Week 7, and Friday the 13th has just two games on it. Six of the players in this article play that night. Nashville plays four times, all on Light Nights, and both of my Predators picks play together.

Every stat in this article comes from each player's last five games, all situations, powered by my model and site Stacked Analytics at stackedanalytics.app. I'll be opening the site for a public beta soon, and you can sign up for that now. Go take it for a spin, and get your email on the waiting list while you're there.

Time to find out whether I need a Calgary intervention.

WEEK 6 ROUNDUP

Trevor Connelly was the star of Week 6, but he was among many solid options. Last week I mentioned to add Connelly for the assists, and he popped three goals instead. I'll take that all day. Vegas finishes the week in Buffalo on Sunday's Light Night, and the Golden Knights play three Light Nights in Week 7. If he's on your roster, hold strong. Connelly is sharing ice time with this week's cover player, so you'll hear plenty more about that line in the Deeper Darlings section.

Zach Benson was phenomenal this week as an elite playmaker. He had four assists and 10 shots in three games, and Buffalo still has Vegas at home on Sunday. He's up to 59% rostered, so he's priced himself out of any future buy-ins.

Schmid never got into a game because Jacob Markstrom came back on Monday against Detroit. I mentioned last week to watch for this exact scenario, so at least you were prepared for it. Markstrom started both Florida games this week, so Schmid is a drop.

Zayne's World, Part Four, was good enough for a TIFF screening, after the previous entries in the franchise were headed straight to streaming. Parekh had three assists and a whopping 10 blocks in four games. Put some ice on it! I still have a bit more about Parekh in the Defenceman section this week.

Adam Klapka scored in San Jose on Monday and picked up an assist in the same game, with four PIMs on top. The hits were much lighter than I expected with just eight in four games. Calgary still has Philadelphia on Sunday, so it's still possible he can have a monster night.

A couple of honourable mentions deserve a shout, too.

Dustin Wolf was the surprise of the week. He beat San Jose on Monday with 26 saves on 27 shots. He took an overtime loss in Seattle on Wednesday with 27 saves on 29. On Friday, Calgary led Anaheim 3-1 after the first period, but Wolf gave up three straight goals, including Cutter Gauthier's game winner with 1:34 left. Wolf was still at a 2.34 GAA and a 0.917 SV% in three starts, so maybe give him a look again if Cooley falters down the stretch.

Dmitry Orlov picked up two powerplay assists in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and he assisted again on Macklin Celebrini's goal Friday in Minnesota. Wednesday was also the night a rookie named Eric Pohlkamp made his NHL debut skating on a pair beside Orlov. Keep that name in mind. I looked into him a bit and he may be a sleeper option in Week 7.

Martin Pospisil, one of my Banger Beasts Honourable Mentions, threw 23 hits in four games. He also scored in Colorado and took six PIMs in Seattle. Jeremy Lauzon added 13 hits and six PIMs for Vegas.

Garnet Hathaway threw all seven of his hits in one game against Chicago on Wednesday, and he picked up an assist against Detroit on Monday.

Alex Nedeljkovic hasn't started in Week 6 yet. Yaroslav Askarov has started all three Sharks games this week, including Friday's 4-1 loss in Minnesota, which should line Ned up for Saturday in Dallas. More on him later.

Matt Coronato, my backup Forward, went ice cold, with zero points and six shots in four games.

Connelly and Benson delivered, Parekh came through late on Friday, and Klapka could have been more cheeked up. We won't talk about Akira Schmid. Flush it, as we move on to Week 7.

WEEK 7 PREVIEW

Week 7 runs from Monday, November 9, 2026 to Sunday, November 15, 2026. There are 48 games in total, and five of the seven nights are Light Nights.

Monday (3 games), Tuesday (7 games), Wednesday (6 games), Friday (2 games) and Sunday (5 games) are all Light Nights. Thursday (11 games) and Saturday (14 games) are the heavy ones.

Saturday is the heaviest night of the week with 28 teams in action, so don't bother trying to squeeze a streamer into your lineup that night. Friday, November 13th has only two games, with the Rangers in Vancouver and Nashville in Vegas. If you've got a Ranger, a Canuck, a Predator or a Golden Knight on your roster, that's the easiest night of the week to steal a category or two.

Back-to-backs are all over the place again, so watch for backup options if you need some Goalie stats. Nashville goes Tuesday and Wednesday in Los Angeles and Anaheim. Buffalo and Tampa Bay meet on Wednesday and both play again on Thursday, and Utah has the same Wednesday-Thursday setup. Seven teams close the week with a Saturday-Sunday: Anaheim, Calgary, Dallas, Edmonton, Florida, Philadelphia and San Jose. Three of the Sunday games are between two teams on the back half of a back-to-back, so expect a lot of backups in net that night.

Yahoo rostered percentages are still moving. All the percentages in this article were pulled on November 7, 2026, so double-check their availability before you make your claims.

SECTION INTRODUCTION

Included at the end of this article is a legend which has definitions for several advanced statistics I'll be using to evaluate players, and any other fantasy hockey-specific terms or jargon I may use.

Most Yahoo leagues allow four player adds per week. The players you can pick up with these adds are generally called "streamers". In this article I'll be outlining my five favourite streamer players for the week. One forward, one defenceman, one goalie, one "banger", and one deeper league target.

The first section is headlined "SUPER SCHEDULES", where I'm going to list all the NHL teams with a preferable schedule.

In the second section called "WAIVER WHIPLASH", I'll list my favourite Forward, Defenceman, and Goalie under 40% rostered in the standard Yahoo Head-to-Head (HTH) format.

The third section I've labelled "BANGER BEASTS". This will highlight my favourite player overall for those managers in banger formats, which have additional stats: Blocks (BLK), and Penalties in Minutes (PIM), combined with Hits (HIT).

The final section is entitled "DEEPER DARLINGS", where I'll identify an underrated player rostered under 10%, for managers in leagues with 12 teams or more (also called deep leagues).

As always, every advanced stat in this article is powered by Stacked Analytics. The stats are rates per 60 minutes, and each player is ranked against their own position, so the stats can be compared apples to apples. Every stat card and every number in the write-ups comes from each player's last five games, all situations.

Line and powerplay deployment comes from each team's most recent game, along with the beat reporters' practice and warmup reports since.

SUPER SCHEDULES

Here's who plays on each Light Night:

- MON (3 games) - Edmonton, NY Islanders, NY Rangers, Philadelphia, San Jose, Vancouver

- TUE (7 games) - Colorado, Columbus, Detroit, Florida, Los Angeles, Minnesota, Montreal, Nashville, New Jersey, Ottawa, St. Louis, Toronto, Washington, Winnipeg

- WED (6 games) - Anaheim, Buffalo, Calgary, Edmonton, Nashville, NY Rangers, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Jose, Tampa Bay, Utah, Vegas

- FRI (2 games) - Nashville, NY Rangers, Vancouver, Vegas

- SUN (5 games) - Anaheim, Calgary, Dallas, Edmonton, Florida, Nashville, Philadelphia, San Jose, Vancouver, Vegas

My plan this week starts in Nashville. Grabbing a Predator (huh?) covers Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The only Light Night they miss is Monday, and six other teams play that night. Pair a Predator with a Ranger, a Canuck, a Flyer, a Shark or an Oiler and you've got all five Light Nights covered with two adds. If you'd rather not touch Nashville, a Ranger and a Golden Knight get you four of the five.

If you'd rather build it one night at a time, here's how my picks line up:

- MON - Jake DeBrusk, Gabe Perreault, Mason Marchment, Jamie Drysdale, Eric Pohlkamp, Alex Nedeljkovic (if he gets the start), Matt Rempe

- TUE - Adam Edstrom, Ross Colton

- WED - Gabe Perreault, Mason Marchment, Jamie Drysdale, Zayne Parekh, Eric Pohlkamp, Alex Nedeljkovic or Devin Cooley (whichever gets the start), Matt Rempe, Adam Edstrom, Victor Olofsson, Ross Colton

- FRI - Jake DeBrusk, Gabe Perreault, Matt Rempe, Adam Edstrom, Victor Olofsson, Ross Colton

- SUN - Jake DeBrusk, Mason Marchment, Jamie Drysdale, Zayne Parekh, Eric Pohlkamp, Alex Nedeljkovic or Devin Cooley (whichever gets the start), Adam Edstrom, Victor Olofsson, Ross Colton

Monday is tight. Only six teams play, and seven of my picks and backups are on it, so get those claims in over the weekend if you can. If you're running DeBrusk, Perreault, Rempe or Olofsson, make sure they're in your active lineup on Friday. Sunday has Vancouver in Vegas, which has DeBrusk and Olofsson facing off. Nashville is also in San Jose Sunday, which does the same for Edstrom, Colton, Marchment and Pohlkamp. If you're using the Fantasy Roundup Automated Waiver Tool, queue the whole week now and let us handle the timing for you.

Four teams have zero Light Nights in Week 7. Boston, Carolina, Chicago and Seattle play just twice each, both times on heavy nights. If you're holding a streamer from any of those four teams, they're the first players I'd move out for one of the options below.

WAIVER WHIPLASH

Jake DeBrusk

Jake DeBrusk is my favourite Forward add for Week 7. If you've been reading since last season, you know this is a repeat. Last season, he was my Forward pick in Week 16 and again in Week 23 during the fantasy playoffs. He turned out to be the best pickup of that week.

DeBrusk also kicked off this season as my very first Forward pick in Week 1. That week he had an assist and a pile of shots, including four in a 9-7 game where he somehow didn't score. I sent him back to the waiver dregs after that, and he's been toiling there ever since.

DeBrusk has five goals and five assists through 16 games, and is playing 18:20 a night over his last five games, up from last season's average of 16:24.

The deployment is as good as it gets for a forward under 40% rostered. DeBrusk is on Vancouver's top line with Elias Pettersson and Brock Boeser. He's also on the top powerplay unit with Pettersson, Boeser, Filip Hronek and Jonathan Lekkerimaki.

His individual numbers are where he really shines. Among all forwards over their last five games, DeBrusk ranks 4th in iSCF/60, in the Stacked Analytics Elite tier. His ixG/60 (37th) and iCF/60 (38th) are Elite too. On-ice, he ranks 21st in SF/60 and 42nd in CF/60, both Elite again.

The points, unfortunately, haven't kept up with that. His IPP of 20.00 sits in the Low tier, which means he's only been in on one out of every five goals Vancouver scores while he's on the ice. For a guy on the top line and the top unit with great underlying metrics, I expect that number to climb.

Over his last five games, DeBrusk's OISH% is 13.16%, in the top 25% among all forwards. Vancouver has been finishing pretty well with DeBrusk on the ice. With his good shot quality and PDO at 0.958, I would bet his fortunes to get even better very soon.

If you'd rather go with a higher upside option, take a look at Gabe Perreault. He was an Honourable Mention in my articles three times last season. This year he has five goals and three assists, and he scored against Philadelphia on Thursday with four shots on net. Perreault is on the Rangers' second line with Tye Kartye and J.T. Miller. On Thursday he was on the top powerplay unit with Adam Fox, Mika Zibanejad, Pavel Dorofeyev and Alexis Lafreniere.

Perreault's iSCF/60 ranks 40th among all forwards over his last five games, in the Elite tier, and his xA1/60 (85th) is High. His OISH% of 5.56 is the 143rd lowest at his position, so the Rangers haven't been burying much with him out there. New York spends Week 7 out west. The Rangers open in Edmonton on Monday and visit Calgary on Wednesday before the Friday the 13th game in Vancouver. All three are Light Nights.

Jamie Drysdale

Last week I wrote that the Flyers only had one Light Night in Week 6, so you could safely drop Jamie Drysdale. The next day he had three assists against Utah. He followed that up with an assist against Minnesota on Tuesday and another one in New York on Thursday. He had five assists in three games right after I cut him loose. I might be an idiot.

Jamie Drysdale is my Defenceman pick for Week 7. This is the third time he's been my main pick, after Week 20 last season and Week 2 this season, and he was my backup in Week 5. David Jiricek took his PP1 job for a stretch after Week 2, but Drysdale took it back and has been running that top unit for a while now.

Drysdale has a goal and seven assists through 18 games. Over his last five he has a goal and five assists, and all five of those assists came at even strength. The ice time is the biggest change. Drysdale is averaging just under 25 minutes a night over his last five games, and he played 26:48 against Minnesota and 26:24 against the Rangers. He's been moved up to the top pair with Travis Sanheim, and he's still quarterbacking the top powerplay unit with Matvei Michkov, Trevor Zegras, Denver Barkey and Porter Martone.

The on-ice numbers back up his deployment promotion. Among all defencemen over their last five games, Philadelphia ranks 36th in xGF/60 and 41st in SCF/60 with Drysdale on the ice, both in the High tier. His IPP of 54.50 ranks 67th, High again, so he's been in on more than half the goals the Flyers score while he's out there.

His own shot volume has disappeared, though. He has four shots in his last five games, and his Shots/60 and iCF/60 both rank in the Low tier. His OISH% is 20.59, one of the highest of any defenceman in the league, and his PDO of 1.071 is in the High tier. Philadelphia has been scoring on one out of every five shots with him on the ice, and that won't last. You're adding Drysdale for the minutes and the schedule, so expect the assists to slow down from this pace.

Philadelphia has four games in Week 7, with three of them on Light Nights. The Flyers open in Vancouver on Monday, when only six teams play, and they're in Edmonton on Wednesday. They close with a Saturday-Sunday back-to-back, first in Columbus and then at home against the Oilers. You don't often find a PP1 defenceman playing 25 minutes a night with three Light Nights sitting on waivers. As always, keep an eye on Rick Tocchet's powerplay units, because he loves to shuffle them.

If you'd rather stick with an old friend, here comes Zayne's World, Part Five, the spin-off where he's a stand-in. After four turns as my Defenceman pick in six weeks, Parekh has three assists in four games since last week's article, and two of them came against Anaheim on Friday. The shots on net still aren't coming as often as I'd like to see. He has two in those four games, though his iSCF/60 ranks 46th among all defencemen over his last five games, in the High tier. I'm keeping him in the series for the deployment. He's still on Calgary's top powerplay unit with Morgan Frost, Matt Coronato, Matvei Gridin and Joel Farabee, and he's on the third pair with Yan Kuznetsov at 5v5. His Blocks/60 ranks 39th, High again, which helps if your league counts them. The Flames have three games in Week 7, and two of them are Light Nights. The Rangers come to Calgary on Wednesday, and the Flames finish the week in Anaheim on Sunday after a Saturday stop in Los Angeles.

If you're in a deep league and you want to take a swing, look at Eric Pohlkamp. The Sharks recalled the 22-year-old from the AHL on Tuesday, and he made his NHL debut in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Keep in mind this is only two games. The numbers I'm about to give you come from about 34 minutes of hockey, and they will move a lot. After his debut in Los Angeles, he ranked 1st among all defencemen in both iCF/60 and Shots/60. Friday was quieter, with one shot on net in 16:10, though he threw three hits and blocked three shots. Even with that game added in, Pohlkamp ranks 8th in iCF/60 and 16th in Shots/60 among all defencemen, and his iSCF/60 (17th) and SF/60 (22nd) are Elite as well. San Jose plays four times in Week 7 with three Light Nights. If Pohlkamp stays in the lineup and stays on a powerplay unit, he's worth a flyer in deep leagues.

The NHL goalie is quite possibly the most unpredictable position in all of sports. While there are some studs in the NHL, all goalies are fallible. Goalies are voodoo, as they say. Considering this, I am not here to recommend a goalie for any particular reason other than they could have a good schedule, they could be on a good team, or I just like the way they play and think they have potential to produce good numbers. Take anything I say about goalies with a grain of salt, but know I have done research into them and I am recommending in good faith.

Alex Nedeljkovic

Alex Nedeljkovic has been my backup Goalie pick twice already this season, in Week 4 and Week 6. Before that, he was my Goalie pick in Week 14 last season during Shark Week.

Nedeljkovic is 3-2-1 with a 0.899 SV% in six starts this season. He's saved 5.50 goals above expected, which is incredibly helpful from a backup, especially playing behind the Sharks' atrocious defence.

Over his last five starts, his GSAx/60 of 0.68 ranks 11th among all goalies, in the Stacked Analytics High tier. His SV% of 0.896 and his high-danger numbers sit in the Mid tier, so he's been a bit better than average overall without stealing many games. Outside of Devin Cooley, that's the best GSAx/60 I could find this week from a goalie who should be available in most leagues.

His last start was against Ottawa on October 31st, when he stopped 30 of 34. Yaroslav Askarov has started all three games since, but he lost all three, allowing an awful 13 goals on 78 shots. Askarov got wrecked Friday in Minnesota for the second game in a row, so Ned should get the Saturday game in Dallas to close out Week 6.

Considering Sharks' Head Coach Ryan Warsofsky has been willing to sell his kids for a win in the past, I imagine he's ready to throw Askarov in the ocean. I expect at least two starts from Ned in Week 7, especially if he performs well on Saturday.

If you'd rather bet on a hot hand coming back, take a look at Devin Cooley. He's back already! Cooley was my Goalie pick in Week 5 and my cover player last week, after he became the most interesting man in hockey… and then got run over by Colton Dach. He missed four games and was activated on Thursday. Before the injury, he was the best goalie in the league over his last five games. He hasn't played since, so those numbers still stand. Among all goalies over their last five games, Cooley ranks 1st in SV% at 0.950 and 2nd in GSAx/60 at 1.24, both in the Elite tier. His HDSV% of 0.886 ranks 7th, Elite again.

The question is how Ryan Huska splits the net now that Cooley is healthy. Wolf was strong on Monday and Wednesday, but Friday's loss to Anaheim gives Huska an easy reason to go back to Cooley. Calgary plays three times in Week 7. The Rangers visit on Wednesday's Light Night, and then the Flames close with a Saturday-Sunday back-to-back in Los Angeles and Anaheim. One of those two games should be Cooley's, and if Huska goes back to the goalie who won four straight before the injury, he could get Wednesday too. If he's still on waivers in your league, grab him. The flow state should still be there.

BANGER BEASTS

Matt Rempe

Matt Rempe is my Banger Beasts pick for Week 7, and this is his first appearance in my article series. He's spent most of this season in the press box. He's dressed for just four games, and two of those came this week, against St. Louis on Tuesday and Philadelphia on Thursday.

Rempe has 17 hits and five PIMs in those four games, playing under seven minutes a night. His Hits/60 of 36.91 ranks 2nd among all forwards, in the Elite tier. Last season he threw 86 hits in 26 games at 8:36 a night, more than three a game for a guy who barely plays a full period.

Tuesday against the Blues was his best game of the season. Rempe had four hits by the second intermission and five by the end of the night. The Rangers outshot St. Louis 4-0 in the two-plus minutes his line was on the ice in the first period. Thursday was quiet, with one hit in just 5:36.

Rempe's on the fourth line with Noah Laba and Jaroslav Chmelar. He doesn't kill penalties or play on either powerplay unit. Almost everything else on his card is in the Low and Poor tiers. You're picking him up for hits and PIMs only, and only if he's actually in the lineup.

Rempe gets three games on Light Nights, and that should mean somewhere around 9 to 12 hits, plus a solid chance at a fighting major or four.

The risk is that Rempe has been a healthy scratch for most of the season, and Mike Sullivan can sit him again on any given night. Check the Rangers' warmup lines before every game, and if Rempe isn't in them, pivot to the backup below.

If you want a Banger who's going to dress every night, look at Adam Edstrom in Nashville. Edstrom was Rempe's teammate on the Rangers last season, when he threw 65 hits in 35 games playing 9:30 a night. The Predators have given him a much bigger role this year. He's averaging 15 minutes a night this season and nearly 17 over his last five games, and he kills penalties on the second unit. He has six goals and an assist through 16 games, with 74 hits, which is more than four and a half a game. In his last five he has two goals and an assist to go with 24 hits. His Hits/60 ranks 36th among all forwards and his iSCF/60 ranks 28th, both Elite, so he's getting to the net as well.

He's on a line with Ross Colton and Jack Drury, and nobody in the league has a better schedule. Nashville plays four times in Week 7, and all four are Light Nights. The Predators open with a Tuesday-Wednesday back-to-back in Los Angeles and Anaheim, then go to Vegas on Friday the 13th and finish in San Jose on Sunday. At his pace, four games should get Edstrom 16 to 20 hits, and he could chip in a goal or two.

DEEPER DARLINGS

Victor Olofsson

Victor Olofsson is my Deeper Darlings pick for Week 7, and my cover player.

He's been an Honourable Mention in this article twice before, in Weeks 21 and 24 last season, when he was a Flame sitting at 3% rostered. He had 13 goals and 31 points in 79 games for Calgary, playing 13:24 a night. The year before that, in his first stint in Vegas, he scored 15 goals with 29 points in 56 games. This season he got off to a flying start with four goals and an assist in his first four games, and two of the goals came on the powerplay.

His last five games include those four, plus Thursday's return in Detroit, so the sample is spread across a month. Over those five games, his on-ice numbers are some of the best in the league. Among all forwards over their last five games, Olofsson ranks 3rd in SF/60, 13th in CF/60, 13th in xGF/60 and 18th in SCF/60, all in the Stacked Analytics Elite tier. His xA1/60 of 1.22 ranks 23rd and his Shots/60 ranks 48th, both Elite.

He's back on Vegas' third line with Tomas Hertl and Trevor Connelly, and on the top powerplay unit with Jack Eichel, Mitch Marner, Mark Stone and Hertl. That unit has four of the best offensive players in the Western Conference on it, and Olofsson gets to ride shotgun.

If Connelly is already gone in your league, Olofsson is the next best way onto that line.

Vegas plays three times in Week 7, all at home and all on Light Nights. Utah comes to town on Wednesday and Nashville visits on Friday the 13th. DeBrusk and the Canucks close the week in Vegas on Sunday.

Keep an eye on his ice time. He played 14:08 in his first game back, and Golden Knights Head Coach Ryan Craig may ease him in after a month off. I'll still take a PP1 winger with three home Light Nights in a deep league.

If you'd rather ride the Nashville schedule, take a look at Ross Colton. He was an Honourable Mention in Weeks 16 and 21 last season as a Colorado Avalanche forward, at 6% and 4% rostered. He had 24 points and 159 hits for the Avs last season. As a Predator, he has four goals and three assists through 16 games. Three of those goals have come in his last four games, including one against his old team in Colorado on Thursday, when he also blocked four shots.

Colton's ixG/60 of 2.18 ranks 10th among all forwards over his last five games, in the Elite tier. His iCF/60 (42nd) and SCF/60 (20th) are Elite too. He's on the same line as Edstrom, my backup Banger, and he picks up a little second-unit powerplay time. Like Edstrom, he has four games in Week 7, all on Light Nights.

Remember to hit up stackedanalytics.app to check the underlying metrics for all your favourite players. I only have a Preview Mode available to the public, but my waiting list is open. Sign up, give me your email, and I'll send you a code to log in when the beta launch begins.

Next week, I'll give you the full Week 7 Roundup, and we'll find out whether doubling down paid off or whether Vegas took all my chips. Please, keep commenting on my articles. The engagement is fantastic information and I love discussing these picks with you guys.

Big reminder to also go to the comment section below and tell me how your picks did this week. We would love to hear feedback from our readers and how we can make ourselves better.

Good luck, and stay stacking!
