Roundup Party extension privacy policy
Effective November 5, 2026
What the extension does
Roundup Party is your league's watch party. The Chrome extension lets you chat and react with your fantasy hockey league while you watch NHL games in Chrome, and shows your players' points, your matchup and your chance to win over the game. It is made by the team behind Fantasy Roundup (fsroundup.com) and works together with Roundup Party on fsroundup.com.
What it reads
- Your Roundup Party tab. When you have Roundup Party open on fsroundup.com, the extension receives what that page already shows you: tonight's games, your players and their points, your matchup and your party chat. Your Yahoo or ESPN league is connected on fsroundup.com, not in the extension, and the extension never sees your Yahoo or ESPN sign in.
- Supported streaming pages. On the streaming sites listed in the Chrome Web Store, the extension reads the page's title and address to tell which game is playing, the video's playback position to keep the bar in step with your stream delay, and the stream's own commercial break timing so it can mute commercials if you turn that on.
What it stores
- Your settings (for example, show the bar or mute commercial breaks) and your stream delay.
- The logo of the streaming service you use, so the bar can show it.
- The address of the streaming page you used for each game, for up to seven days, so Auto switch can go back to it. "Forget them" in the popup clears this at any time.
- Which of tonight's games your streaming service lists, for the day, so Auto switch skips games it doesn't carry.
All of this is kept in Chrome's storage on your computer. It is not sent to us.
What it sends
The extension only talks to your own Roundup Party tab on fsroundup.com. It passes along what you do with the bar (for example, a chat message or reaction you send, a button you press, or that a game is in a commercial break or blacked out where you are) so Roundup Party can act on it. Chat messages and reactions you send in a party are seen by the people in that party and are saved by Roundup Party and shown to the party for about a day.
Team logos and player photos load from the image addresses Roundup Party provides.
